I have a really annoying habit of doing this. I then annoy myself because the scenario doesn’t play out the way I want it to so I start to huff haha. I’m trying to chill when I go to bed. I say my prayers & then only focus on positive thoughts. I’ve never been a head down count to three sleeper. Who can do that? My head just goes to thinking mode whenever I get time to myself. It takes me ages to go to sleep. I want to use those final awake moments to put myself into a better head space. Nighty-night.
